This is an original set featuring Ehime Prefecture's specialties: "Dogo local sake" and "Uwajima Jakoten."

In the distant Manyoshu, the land of Iyo-Dogo was praised as "Nigata-zu." For over a century, we have cherished Dogo and continued to brew the sake "Nikitatsu," named after this place. This original set includes a "local sake tasting selection" brewed with rich flavor using traditional techniques passed down from previous generations, and "Uwajima Jakoten," an Ehime specialty made by hand in the traditional way, primarily using "hotaru jako" caught in the Uwa Sea.
