Dogo Beer, a local beer from Dogo Onsen, one of Japan's oldest and most famous hot springs, is brewed using the excellent water from Nigitatsu, the same water that produced the sake "Nikitatsu." From the selection of malts and hops to the brewing method, it leverages years of sake-making expertise. This is a draft beer, unpasteurized and still containing live yeast, made with generous amounts of high-quality malt.

IPA (India Pale Ale) is a beer style originating from England, characterized by its "bitterness" due to the large amount of hops used. However, "Yuagari IPA" features a refreshing and crisp bitterness, making it a light-bodied session IPA perfect for enjoying after a bath.
