Limoncello born from a sake brewery, carefully crafted with ingredients from Ehime Prefecture.

Limoncello, a liqueur originating from the island of Capri, Italy, is a refreshing lemon alcoholic beverage made with plenty of lemon zest. We used the yellow zest of "Iwagi Lemons," a specialty of Iwagi Island, rich in nature and surrounded by the blue skies and seas of the Seto Inland Sea, and "Mikan Honey" from Uchiko Town, collected in abundance from Ehime mandarin orange blossoms. These ingredients were steeped in our own barley shochu, made from Ehime-grown naked barley, to create a limoncello infused with the flavors of Ehime.

Enjoy the umami derived from the barley shochu, the pleasant bitterness and refreshing aroma of lemon zest, and the gentle sweetness from the honey.
