Limoncello born in a sake brewery, made with carefully selected ingredients from Ehime Prefecture.
Limoncello, a liqueur originating from the island of Capri in Italy, is a refreshing lemon-flavored alcoholic beverage made with plenty of lemon peel. We use the yellow peel of "Iwagi Lemons," a specialty of Iwagi Island, rich in nature and surrounded by the blue sky and sea of the Seto Inland Sea, and "Mikan Honey" from Uchiko Town, collected abundantly from Ehime mandarin orange blossoms. These are steeped in our own barley shochu, made from Ehime-grown naked barley, to create a limoncello with the fragrant flavors of Ehime.
Enjoy the umami derived from the barley shochu, the pleasant bitterness and refreshing aroma of the lemon peel, and the gentle sweetness from the honey.
