The land of Iyo-Dogo, praised as "Nigata-zu" in ancient Manyo poems. For over a century, we have continued to brew sake, particularly "Nikitatsu" named after this place, out of deep love for Dogo. This gift set includes a "local sake tasting set" brewed with the rich flavors of traditional techniques inherited from our predecessors, and small appetizer plates made with fresh ingredients caught in the Seto Inland Sea of Ehime Prefecture, to make your drinking time enjoyable.
