Dogo Beer, a local beer from Dogo Onsen, one of Japan's oldest and most famous hot springs, is brewed using the excellent water of Nitaya, which also produces sake "Nikitatsu", as its brewing water. From the careful selection of malt and hops to the brewing process itself, it leverages many years of sake brewing expertise. This is a draft beer, unpasteurized and containing live yeast, made with generous amounts of high-quality malt.

Alt, a beer style originating in Düsseldorf, Germany, is a subtly sweet beer with a deep color, made with plenty of caramel malt.
