Dogo Beer, a local beer from Dogo Onsen, one of Japan's oldest and most famous hot springs, is brewed using the excellent water of Nitakitsu, which also gave birth to the sake "Nitakitsu," and applies techniques cultivated over many years of sake brewing, from the careful selection of malt and hops to the brewing process itself. It is a live beer made with generous amounts of high-quality malt and contains unpasteurized yeast.

Kolsch, a beer style mainly consumed in the Cologne region of Germany, is a mild, crisp beer characterized by its fruity aroma.
