Dogo Beer, the local beer of Dogo Onsen, one of Japan's oldest famous hot springs, is brewed using the excellent water from Nigitatsu that also produces the sake "Nikitatsu." From the careful selection of malt and hops to the brewing process, it leverages the long-standing techniques of sake brewing. This is a raw beer, lavishly using high-quality malt and containing live yeast without heat treatment.

Kolsch, on the other hand, is a beer style primarily enjoyed in the Cologne region of Germany. It is a crisp, mild beer characterized by its fruity aroma.
