"Dogo Beer," the local brew from Dogo Onsen, one of Japan's oldest and most famous hot springs, is brewed using the excellent water from Nigitatsu, the same water that produces the sake "Nikitatsu." From the careful selection of malt and hops to the brewing process itself, it leverages years of sake brewing expertise. It is a live beer, unpasteurized and still containing yeast, made with a generous amount of high-quality malt.

Weizen, a beer style brewed in Southern Germany, is a perfect white beer for women, characterized by its low bitterness due to the use of wheat malt, its smooth texture, and its fruity aroma reminiscent of banana and cloves.
