The land of Iyo-Dogo, celebrated as "Nigitatsu" in the distant Manyoshu anthology. For over a century, we have cherished Dogo and continuously produced "Nikitatsu" sake, named after this very place. This gift set features "Local Sake Tasting," a collection of rich and flavorful sakes brewed with traditional techniques passed down through generations, alongside small appetizer plates that make drinking enjoyable, crafted from fresh ingredients harvested in Ehime Prefecture's Seto Inland Sea.
