This is an original set featuring Ehime Prefecture's local specialties, "Dogo Sake" and "Uwajima Jakoten."

In the distant Manyoshu, the land of Iyo-Dogo was celebrated as "Nigitada." For over a century, we have cherished Dogo and continued to produce "Nikitasu" sake, named after this beloved place. This original set includes a "sake tasting" selection, rich in flavor and brewed with traditional techniques passed down from our predecessors, along with Ehime's famous "Uwajima Jakoten," made using "hotarujako" (deep-sea smelt) caught in the Uwa Sea as the main ingredient and traditionally crafted by hand.
