A specialty shochu made with "Matsuyama Naga Nasu" from Matsuyama City, Ehime Prefecture.

Made with "Matsuyama Naga Nasu", a certified Matsuyama agricultural and marine product brand, produced in Matsuyama City, blessed with a warm climate and rich natural environment.

This shochu is made by distilling "Matsuyama Naga Nasu" added to moromi that has been fermented for about two weeks, using sake lees from premium sake such as Daiginjo and Junmai Ginjo, which have won a total of seven gold medals at the National New Sake Appraisal. It boasts a refreshing and clean taste and aroma, with a fruity aroma similar to sake and an added eggplant aroma, making it very palatable.
