Specialty shochu made with "Matsuyama Issun Soramame" from Matsuyama, Ehime Prefecture.
Made using "Matsuyama Issun Soramame," a "Matsuyama Agriculture, Forestry and Fishery Products Brand Certified Product" produced in Matsuyama City, which is blessed with a warm climate and rich natural environment.
This shochu is made by adding "soramame" to moromi (fermented mash) that has been fermented for about two weeks, primarily using "sake lees" from top-grade sake such as "Daiginjo" and "Junmai Ginjo," which have won the "Gold Prize" a total of seven times at the National New Sake Appraisal, and then distilling it. The shochu boasts a refreshing and clean taste and aroma, with a fruity fragrance reminiscent of sake, combined with the aroma of "soramame," creating a smooth and pleasant drinking experience.
