Specialty Shochu made with "Ginrin Niboshi" from Matsuyama, Ehime Prefecture.

Made using "Setouchi Ginrin Niboshi", a certified "Matsuyama Agricultural, Forestry and Fisheries Product Brand" product, produced in Matsuyama City, which is blessed with a warm climate and rich natural environment, as the raw material.

This shochu is made primarily with "sake lees" from top-grade Japanese sake such as "Daiginjo" and "Junmai Ginjo," which have won the "Gold Prize" a total of seven times at the National New Sake Appraisal, allowing you to taste the umami and flavor of niboshi and the scent of the tide.
