2025: To commemorate the 130th anniversary of Dogo's Minakuchi Sake Brewery,
we have crafted this commemorative sake, inspired by the legend of the white heron.

As part of our “Local Production for Local Consumption Sake Brewing Project,” we supported young farmers in Kuma Kogen, Ehime Prefecture, in growing sake rice. This masterpiece showcases the craftsmanship of our brewers, using meticulously polished rice and the pristine water of Dogo Nigitatsu.

A Junmai Daiginjo sake that allows you to enjoy the rich flavor, aroma, and sweetness of the rice.

The bottle features a commemorative design, embodying our wish to bring moisture and blissful comfort to everyone, much like the legendary Dogo hot springs that healed the white heron.
