In 2025, Dogo Brewery, Minakuchi Shuzo, will commemorate its 130th anniversary
with a special sake inspired by the legend of the white heron.

As part of our "local production for local consumption" sake brewing project, we supported young farmers in Kumakogen Town, Ehime Prefecture, in growing sake rice. This masterpiece is made with carefully polished sake rice harvested from their fields, and brewed with the pure water of Dogo Nikitazu, showcasing the skill of our kurabito (brewers).

It is a Junmai Daiginjo sake where you can experience the rich flavor, aroma, and sweetness of the rice.

The bottle features a commemorative design that embodies our wish to bring moisture and blissful comfort to everyone, much like the Dogo hot springs that are said to have healed the white heron.
